How To Order
Ordering Process
We are currently in a soft opening phase at our brick-and-mortar location and offer local sales only. While we don’t operate as a traditional retail store or carry much non-edible merchandise, our main focus is what matters most—high-quality raw pet food and treats.
Shop & Preorder Online
All of our raw pet food products are available for purchase on our website. Customers can shop and place preorders at their convenience, anytime.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, our typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days. During this time, orders are carefully picked, bagged, and labeled.
24/7 Freezer Pickup
After your order is fulfilled, it will be placed in our secure, 24/7 access pickup freezer. You’ll receive a fulfillment email with instructions on how to unlock the freezer and retrieve your order. Orders can be picked up anytime, day or night, once you receive this email. Please note: sometimes our emails get filtered to spam.
Prefer to Shop In Person?
We’d love to see you! We offer limited in-store shopping hours:
Wednesdays & Fridays: 11am–3pm
If those times don’t work for you, feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Order Meet Ups
We offer monthly order drops within 60 miles of Victor, NY.
Here’s how it works:
Group Orders = Lower Fees
When multiple customers in the same area place orders—or when orders are large enough—we schedule a meet-up drop location for pickup.
Mileage Fee Option
If the combined orders don’t reach our waiver minimum, a mileage fee is applied. This fee can be split evenly among all participating customers, making it very affordable.
$800 Waiver Threshold
If all orders combined total $800 or more, the mileage fee is waived entirely.
Instead, there’s a small handling fee, which can also be split between customers.
The best part?
Reaching $800 is usually very easy when just a few people order one month’s worth of food.
Spread the Word
If you know other raw feeders in your area, invite them to join in! The more people who order together, the easier (and cheaper) it is for everyone.
